이 페이지는 Meta(Instagram) 앱 검수 요구사항에 따라 공개합니다.

에이치제이소프트(HJ소프트)는 매장이 Instagram을 연결하면 해당 계정의 식별값·사용자명·액세스 토큰을 저장하고, 매장이 동의한 게시물(피드·릴스)을 Instagram에 올립니다. 아래 방법으로 Instagram 연동 데이터와 HJ.Cody 계정 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

1. Instagram 연동만 끊기 (권장)

  1. HJ.Cody에 로그인합니다. (매장 원장 계정)
  2. 설정 → 매장·연동 → 인스타그램 연동에서 연결 해제를 누릅니다.
  3. 저장된 Instagram 사용자 ID, 사용자명, 액세스 토큰을 삭제합니다. 이후 자동 게시는 되지 않습니다.

Instagram 앱에서도 설정 → 앱 및 웹사이트에서 HJ.Cody(해당 Meta 앱) 권한을 제거할 수 있습니다.

2. HJ.Cody에 남은 데이터 삭제 요청

계정·예약·고객·시술 등 매장 데이터 삭제는 아래 중 하나로 요청해 주세요.

요청 시 매장명, 로그인 아이디, 삭제 범위(Instagram 연동만 / 계정 전체)를 적어 주세요. 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리합니다. 전자상거래법 등 법령상 보관이 필요한 결제·계약 기록은 법정 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.

3. How to delete your data (English)

HJ.Cody (HJ Soft) stores Instagram user ID, username, and access token when a salon connects Instagram Login, and publishes feed/Reels content only when the salon chooses to post.

  1. Disconnect Instagram: Log in at salon.m-hjsoft.co.kr → Settings → Store / Integrations → Instagram → Disconnect. We then delete the stored Instagram token and identifiers. Automatic posting stops.
  2. You may also revoke the app in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.
  3. Delete remaining HJ.Cody data: Email hyunjhomin@gmail.com or call +82-507-1376-9036 with your store name, login ID, and what to delete (Instagram connection only, or the full account). We verify the requester and delete without undue delay, except records we must keep under Korean e-commerce law.
